At Piscifun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
